The exhibition will travel from Museum London (Jul - Nov 2008) to the MOCCA, Toronto, this summer 2009. The next venue will be St. Mary's University Gallery in Halifax, early 2010. Pulp fiction is an exhibition of collaborative work. Artists: Marc Bell and Peter Thompson, Tasha Brotherton, Barry Doupe, Liz Garlicki, James Kirkpatrick, The Lions (Tasha Brotherton, Matthew Brown, Barry Doupe, Collin Johanson, James Whitman), Amy Lockhart, Jason McLean and Mark DeLong, Jennie O'Keefe, Seth Scriver and Shayne Ehman.

New Small Press: The Lions No. 6 - selections by Matthew
To conincide with our exhibition at the LES and our catalogue launch, we also produced another small press book. No. 6's selections were chosen by Matthew. Each of us are going to "curate" a book. That means four more will be coming out this year. You can buy No. 6 by emailing us.

Lance Blomgren wrote for our show at the LES gallery. Lance is the author of Practice, Walkups, and Corner Pieces. His writings have appeared in journals and magazines internationally. He currently lives in Vancouver, where he acts as the Director/Curator of the Helen Pitt Gallery.

Lee Henderson: KINJIKI (Forbidden Colours)
Lee contributed KINJIKI, a short fiction for our RGM catalogue (previously published in Descant). The text is only available in print, we won't be posting it online - so buy a catalogue! Lee Henderson is the author of two books, writes on art, exhibits artists in the Attache Gallery, and lives in Vancouver.

We will also be releasing a catalogue that corresponds with the exhibition with an essay by Vancouver writer, Lance Blomgren, on The Lions and a short shory by Lee Henderson. We will also be launching a new small-press Lions' book, No. 6, in an edition of 60, selections by Matthew.

Collin's work will be in issue No. 4 Pyramid Power is run by Matt Booth, Jonah Gray & Sacha Hurley. Issued every four months, PP is a chronicle of contemporary art, literature, and design. The work is presented in a euphoric yet lucid manner, with a self-conscious design that is constantly evolving, making each issue unique.
